Problem Statement
During our research, we discovered that 3/10 users prefer to have monthly commitments to get discounts, and 4/10 users favor longer-term commitments. Currently, the console does not support either option, potentially resulting in missed revenue opportunities and reduced user retention.
Objectives
Designing a commitment option that initially allows users to commit monthly, with plans to introduce longer-term commitment options in the future.
KPI
% of users commit monthly for their mac mini.
